Welcome to the Religious Education page!

Currently, our pastor, Fr Ben Martin is teaching religious education classes for St Mary Church and School. You will find four types of information here: general descriptions of the programs that we sponsor,  links to forms and handouts that do not normally change over the course of the year, information about specific programs and presentations that are scheduled and additional information and forms for people who are willing to volunteer to help with this ministry.

The various program areas are indicated by the tabs above. For the most part they are self explanatory. Exploring the Faith is the name of our multi-parish weekly discussion group based on the truths of the faith which is held at St Michael’s parish in Suttons Bay.  This program includes those interested in learning more about Catholicism, those interested in joining the Church (OCIA or the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults which is the Faith Formation course) and parishioners who want to learn more about their tradition. This category also includes information on Welcome Home Catholic!, our invitation to those who, at one time were practicing Catholics and would like to return to active participation in the parish.
